Experience counts…

Hello, this is Frank Wilkinson.  After years working on Wall Street, managing large and small portfolios as well as large foreign exchange positions,  I have either done the job or had people doing the job report to me. As a result, I have a fairly good idea what highly qualified personnel should know and be able to bring to a client in order to fill important roles within a financial service firm. I know how to identify, locate and recruit experienced and talented personnel being sought by accounting and investment firms as well as pension funds, endowments and foundations.

Previously, I co-founded and managed an executive search firm, TSW Associates, partnering with financial and non- financial organizations in hiring financial professionals and senior executives. Our clients included: Fidelity Investments, Eastman Kodak, Vanguard Group, Lehman Brothers, PIMCO, RJR Nabisco, Wellington Management, Xerox and many others.

During my career, I worked with as well as  provided advice and assistance to numerous senior executives and personally interviewed hundreds of prospective candidates. I was able to successfully recruit highly regarded individuals for a number of clients.

Among my prior positions, I directed the marketing and business development activities for the investment firm Sovereign Advisers; managed bond investments for clients of the Trust Company of the South; developed and marketed a boutique bond research and investment firm, Wilkinson Boyd Capital Markets; managed the fixed income pension assets of GTE Investment Management and was head of the Fixed Income Capital Markets Division of DLJ Securities.

My education includes a degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA degree from New York University Graduate School of Business.
